Refunds

No refunds would be provided for any transactions unless the transaction exceeded the maximum allowed capacity for the event.

Transfers

Tickets sold are not transferable to another person.

Exchange of tickets

Tickets sold are not exchangeable for another ticket or ticket category.

Upgrades

Ticket upgrades are provided subject to the event organisers discretion and terms and conditions for the specific event.

Event cancellation

If an event is cancelled, refunds would be subjective to the terms and conditions for the specific event and on the event organisers discretion.
